What is JUUCEME?
JUUCEME is a power-bank rental network. We install smart rental stations in cafés, restaurants,
hotels, malls, universities, airports, events, entertainment venues and other high-footfall locations, so people
can pick up a charged power bank where they already are.
How does renting a power bank work?
Scan the QR code on a station with your phone camera, choose a payment method and confirm.
The station releases a charged power bank within seconds. Use it, then return it to any compatible JUUCEME
station to end the rental.
Where can I find JUUCEME stations?
In venues that host them — cafés, restaurants, hotels, malls, universities, airports, gyms,
events and entertainment venues. The station map in the JUUCEME app shows locations and availability. The
example locations shown on this page are demonstrations, not live stations.
How much does it cost?
The exact price appears on the station screen and in the app before you confirm, so a rental
never starts before you have seen what it costs. A digital receipt follows each rental.
Can I return a power bank to a different JUUCEME station?
Yes. Any compatible JUUCEME station with a free slot will end the rental, whether or not it
is the station you rented from. That is the point of running a network rather than single machines.
What happens if I don't return the power bank?
The return period is 24 hours. If the power bank has not been returned after 24 hours, a lost
power-bank fee applies. The amount is shown with the rental terms before you confirm.
How can my business become a JUUCEME partner?
Send the partner application on this page. Our team reviews your location, agrees the terms
with you in writing, installs the station and switches it on. There is no hardware for you to buy.
How does the host revenue share work?
JUUCEME operates the rental network and shares rental revenue with participating venue
partners. Exact revenue-share terms are set out in your partnership agreement and can vary by venue.
What happens if the station has a problem?
JUUCEME owns and maintains the hardware. Stations report their own state to us, and customers
contact JUUCEME support directly from the rental rather than asking your staff. Your team is not responsible
for troubleshooting, swapping hardware or handling rental money.
